part time staff. You can avoid significant IT

Effectiveness: At
the most basic level, our service is designed from the bottom
up to enable your decision effectiveness and allow you to lead
better. Our fundamental
premise is that we are your partner and committed to your success
. Is
your issue inadequate financial controls? Our
standard service often automatically addresses the financial
control issues from your auditors’ management letter. Lack
financial expertise? We’ve
seen a lot; and often can give management advice that helps avoid
bad decisions or slows you down in the long run. Unable
to grow? We unblock your
fundamental work processes, simplify them, and get you back on

How does your pricing work?
We package up your routine, ongoing work into a fixed price monthly
service package called “Essential Services”. This
is priced at our most affordable hourly rate, and averages your
work over a year.
Incidental, unusual or infrequent services can be purchased a
la carte from “Additional Available Services”. These
are priced by the hour based on the level of expertise and complexity
required for the service.
Corporate services supporting key officers and the board of directors
are priced by the service or by the hour.
How long does it take to Set Up monthly services?
This depends on your size and complexity. Missionwell can
serve both small (under $1 million) and medium clients (up to
$10 million) presently. If you are a small client, typically
your service can start 4 weeks after signing a service contract. If
you are a medium sized client, it can take 3 months to redesign
and optimize your current work practices, or even longer. After
a brief conversation, we can usually give you a reasonable time
estimate.
How are you different from the accounting service I have
right now?

• We
integrate more closely into your operations. Let’s
consider one example: expense reimbursements. Your
traditional accounting service typically will not help
you fully develop a robust policy on what is reimbursable,
explain the benefit of corporate credit cards relative
to expense reimbursements, provide an IRS-compliant
form to collect your employee and volunteer expenses,
and train your employees and volunteers on how to use
it. But Missionwell does all these things because
we believe your financial, accounting and administrative
work needs to be designed to integrate from start to
finish with operations to make you as efficient and
effective as possible.
• We offer a range of banking
and cash management services. As
your agent and acting on your instructions, we can administer
bank accounts, credit cards and more.
• We perform administrative
services. We are your Controller (or, if
you prefer, your Business Administrator or Finance Director)! We
perform the tasks you would ask of them, whether its an analysis
of insurance, employee benefits or something else. With
over 50 years of management and executive experience, our capabilities
extend well beyond the traditional accountant.
• We have deep real world experience
in corporate settings. Our Managing Members
been the CFO or controller for various organizations ranging
from small to mega-sized over the years - and know how to find
the right real world solutions for your organization. |
